‘The 5th Element’ Inspired AW 15/16 Collection of Kiss the Frog by Monia Zuza Szczuka, Now on Sale in Poland and Germany

Warsaw, 23 September 2015 — The new Kiss the Frog collection, designed by Monia Zuza Szczuka for the Autumn Winter 15/16 season, has gone on sale in Poland and Germany. Featuring colors and designs inspired by the cult film ‘The Fifth Element’, the designer pays homage to the film with her new collection.

‘The 5th Element’ collection encompasses huge coats, jackets, sweaters, tunics and scarves uncompromising in form, and over-scaled and extended in length. The dominant patterns are plaids and melanges. As always, the designer has opted for natural and high-quality fabrics. The dominant materials are cashmere, wool, cotton and viscose. The colors chosen by Monia Zuza Szczuka for this season are rust, yellow, green, navy-blue and blue, as well as the brand’s characteristic black, gray and white.

“I want the clothes I designed for the AW 2015/16 collection to be a perfect part of this autumn and winter. All the designs in this collection are universal and cosmopolitan”, says Monia Zuza Szczuka, the designer and the owner of Kiss the Frog. “With each collection I share my own emotions by naming it after the title of the film which inspired me at the time. I am proud of my most recent collection, which, like the Luc Besson movie, will linger long in my memory.”

There is another reason why the latest collection by Monia Zuza Szczuka has been named ‘The 5th element’. In 2016, the brand will celebrate its fifth anniversary. The designer is planning to grace the occasion with a special Spring Summer 2016 collection.

‘The 5th element’ collection is available at the brand’s Warsaw showroom at Wilcza 11, on its own online sales platform, www.kissthefrog.com.pl, as well as the multi-brand  platform www.showroom.pl. It has also gone on sale in Germany on www.showroom.de.
